Here is our full Sales and Return policy, which can also be found in-store.All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and completed within 90 days of purchase.Any dead plant material must be dug up and accompany a receipt to receive exchange or refund.Mother Nature is not an employee at VW's and therefore we cannot be held responsible for weather related plant damage or death.If you received a VW's product as a gift and no receipt is available, an exchange may be accepted with management approval. However, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange without a receipt.No returns for open or damaged dry goods.VW's employees are NOT authorized to "bargain" on prices or give discounts on merchandise beyond the marked price. We strive to provide fair and competitive pricing on ALL merchandise.Please verify your receipt at Point of Sale. Once a sale has been closed, NO further discounts will be given.VW employees ARE authorized to give discounts, refunds, exchanges or store credit(s) ONLY according to the policies stated here. If you feel you have a situation that falls outside of these policies, please see a manager.Whereas we do strive to announce all 'sales' in advance of marking items down in price, it is impossible to ensure that all customers hear of any upcoming 'sales/markdowns.'
